AGS Integrated Compliance Program (AGS綜合合規計劃)--概述：
　　a) AGS 審核范圍--包括：
　　1.Social Section: Labor Compliance (社會(huì )責任)2.SCS/BP Section: Supply Chain Security (反恐)+ *Brand Protection（品牌保護）* 備注：AGS 表示“品牌保護”不帶任何影響審核結果的價(jià)值，只是確定工廠(chǎng)需要改善的地方。
　　b) AGS第三方審核公司
　　·Elavate
　　·BSI
　　·Sumerra (備注：該公司會(huì )委托其它第三方審核公司進(jìn)行審核，例如：ALGI)備注：AGS表示現階段不接受工廠(chǎng)的第三方審核報告。
　　c) AGS審核安排
　　·半通知審核  -- 在一個(gè)預先確定的兩周時(shí)間范圍內進(jìn)行·不預先通知審核 -- 不提供審核日期。 一般會(huì )用在前次AGS審核有“透明度”問(wèn)題的工廠(chǎng)。
　　d) AGS審核評級（Ref.Manual#5.1.1）
　　Rating A: Authorized for Production
　　Rating B: Authorized for Production. Annual audit will take place within 12-18 months.
　　Rating C: Conditionally Authorized for production. Follow-up audit will take place within 6 months.
　　Rating D: Conditional Authorization for Production with Concerns. Follow-up audit will take place within 3 months.
　　Rating F: Not Authorized for Prodution. Active factories that receive an "F" rating may be terminated.
　　* 備注：以上審核等級也適用于反恐審核。若COC及C-TPAT兩者所得的等級不相同時(shí)，取較低之等級為總等級。
