國際標準化組織（International Organization for Standardization，縮寫(xiě)ISO）是世界上最大的國際標準化機構，成立于1947年2月23日?？偛吭O在瑞士日內瓦。ISO是非政府性國際組織，不屬于聯(lián)合國，但它是聯(lián)合國的甲級咨詢(xún)機構，并與聯(lián)合國許多組織和專(zhuān)業(yè)機構保持密切聯(lián)系。在制鞋領(lǐng)域，對口的國際標準化組織主要有3個(gè)，分別為

ISO/TC 137“鞋號標識和標記體系”, ISO/TC 216“鞋類(lèi)”和 ISO/TC 94/SC 3“足部防護”。

一、 ISO/TC 137標準化組織及標準概述?

國際標準化組織ISO/TC 137“鞋號標識和標記體系/Footwear sizing designations and marking systems”主要負責基于腳測量的鞋號體系，鞋號標識和標記的標準化，鞋號范圍（單位和號差）的標準化，鞋楦或類(lèi)似設備的校正體系的標準化，術(shù)語(yǔ)等國際標準。

二. ISO/TC 216 標準化組織及標準概述

國際標準化組織ISO/TC 216“鞋類(lèi)/Footwear”主要負責鞋類(lèi)部件的方法標準、術(shù)語(yǔ)和性能要求；整鞋的方法標準和術(shù)語(yǔ)。不包括專(zhuān)業(yè)用鞋（已被ISO/TC 94所涵蓋）和鞋號標識和標記體系（已被ISO/TC 137所涵蓋）。

目前ISO/TC 216下設4個(gè)工作組，ISO/TC 216/WG 1 鞋用部件的最低性能要求和試驗方法，ISO/TC 216/WG 2 鞋類(lèi)和環(huán)境，ISO/TC 216/WG 3 術(shù)語(yǔ)，ISO/TC 216/WG 5 鞋類(lèi)和微生物。

國際標準化組織ISO/TC 216體系的構建沿襲歐盟國家的質(zhì)量控制理念--通過(guò)控制材料或鞋類(lèi)部件性能及質(zhì)量來(lái)實(shí)現對鞋類(lèi)整鞋產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的控制，因此其標準體系框架以方法標準為主體，并輔以鞋類(lèi)相關(guān)的基礎標準和鞋類(lèi)部件產(chǎn)品的技術(shù)報告（TR），方法標準中主要是對各部件的物理機械性能的檢測、少量整鞋性能的檢測以及鞋和鞋類(lèi)部件中化學(xué)限量物質(zhì)的檢測方法，體系中沒(méi)有整鞋的產(chǎn)品標準。

截止至2021年11月ISO/TC 216 發(fā)布標準共86項。其中，基礎標準4項，鞋類(lèi)部件的產(chǎn)品標準（技術(shù)報告TR）8項，其余74均為試驗方法標準 化學(xué)方法10項，物理方法64項（物理方法中有4項為整鞋檢測試驗方法）。

三. ISO/TC 94/SC 3 標準化組織及標準概述

國際標準化組織ISO/TC 94“個(gè)體安全-個(gè)體防護裝備/Personal safety –Personal protective equipment”主要負責個(gè)體防護裝備性能標準化，旨在保護穿用者免受所有已知的可能危害。其下設的ISO/TC 94/SC 3“足部保護/Foot protection”分技術(shù)委員會(huì )主要負責足部防護相關(guān)的標準化工作。
